Jo
. As the title states, this thread is about Big O Haiku. For those who don't know, haiku is a form of traditional Japanese poetry that - by today, at least - consists of 17-syllable verse divided into three metrical units of 5, 7, and 5 syllables, though considering the special nuances in the English language, it can be a bit more flexible
. You can divert a bit from the traditional meter count, so long as the poem itself consists quintessentially of 17 syllables.
This is for fun, so be as silly/serious/rational as you want
. You can make more than one per post if you have a couple, and we'll just see where this goes
. I'll go first:
A pitch-black crow
And stoic android lover
Annoy me to no end.
-------------------------------------
Piano plays
I wake with anger rising
I’d rather sleep till noon
